Simplex Bobbins
We manufacture premium quality molding simplex bobbins that are available in varied sizes that vary with the type. The specifications are as follows:
- 10’48 mm is allowed for Simplex Bobbin of both open and closed mouth type

Plastic Cones
The choice of the cone depends upon its application area. We offer cones that have varied specifications. The available sizes are as follows: 9deg 15', 5deg 57', 4deg 20', 3deg 30', etc. while the yarn winding application, the tension at the traverse extremes pulls yarn towards the center of the cone. Our cone range comes with surface finish such as Embossing, Velvet Finishing and Flocking.
It is said that micro line finish surface is ideal for fine cotton yarns as it prevents damage to delicate filaments of synthetic fibbers. Yarn is fed off without any slogging, hanging or breaking. We offer to provide surface finish as per the client’s requirements.

Fluff Protector
Fluff protectors are used in modern textile mills for the purpose of protection from roving bobbins, deposition of dust, and flies during the spinning process. We offer these in many colors and make them ideal for all types of bobbin holders. These have a glossy finish so that the sticking dusts and fly’s are avoided and ensures that the overhead traveling clearer sucks them.
